How do I find and delete an account that isn’t showing up in Users and Groups list?

Created a test account as "sharing only"

Account name "test"

It is not showing up in account list.

Could part of the problem be I named it "test"?

How do I delete this account if it isn’t listed/visible? (from command line?)
