I want to transfer the ‘favourite’ status of photos on my iphone to my Photos.app library…
Background: syncing photos from iphone to Mac via USB loses favourite tags
- I have previously synced photos from iphone to Photos.app via USB, without iCloud photos
- I’ve just now subscribed to iCloud and have activated iCloud Photos on both iPhone and Mac
- when i view a given photo on my iphone I see a favourite tag, but when I view the same photo in Photos.app there is no favourite
Is there a way to ‘reconnect’ the photos so that all the years of photos favourited on iPhone will be discoverable in Photos?
