macos – On a mac, how do i get the screenshot to automatically have the timestamp on the resulting file name?

some settings changed on my mac recently, where now every time I take a screenshot I have to edit the untitled file before it would have the timestamp, example filename: Screen Shot 2022-02-02 at 5.17.16 PM.png

How do I change this back to the way it was?
